Guarantee

Jewelry considered under warranty is:
•⁠  ⁠With any manufacturing defect;
•⁠  ⁠With total or partial detachment of the plating;
•⁠  ⁠With ruptures or cracks in clasps.
•⁠  ⁠Broken earring pin.

Jewelry considered out of warranty is:

•⁠  ⁠Darkened by dirt;
•⁠  ⁠Broken;
•⁠  ⁠Incomplete;
•⁠  ⁠Scratched;
•⁠  ⁠Burst;
•⁠  ⁠Dented;
•⁠  ⁠Reddish;
•⁠  ⁠With opaque or milky stones;
•⁠  ⁠Due to misuse;
•⁠  ⁠Worn by constant use;
•⁠  ⁠Detachment or darkening of the resin.

Warranty policy

•⁠  ⁠The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of the warranty certificate, upon presentation of the jewelry accompanied by the respective warranty certificate.
•⁠  ⁠The warranty will be validated if the defect is a manufacturing defect.
•⁠  ⁠The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse.
•⁠  ⁠If a manufacturing defect is proven, the jewelry may be repaired or replaced with another identical one, if it is no longer available.
•⁠  ⁠• If it cannot be replaced with an identical item within 30 days, the customer will receive a Gift Voucher for the value of their jewelry.
•⁠  ⁠Exchanges will not be authorized if the defect is due to misuse or wear.
